We hope to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with their lashes. 

Due to Sanitary/health reasons, lashes are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us WITHIN 72 HOURS if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Sale items: Including items purchased with a discount code or marked down on sale are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS!!


To start a return, you can contact us at Info@JesvyLashes.com. Please be sure to include your order number in the subject line for faster service. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refunds/Return Processing time
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return/exchange, please allow between 1-5 business days for processing. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
