Shipping & Delivery
All of our orders are processed upon receipt. We will do our best make sure our babes get their products as soon as possible but please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Order processing and shipping does not account for no business days and major holidays. Shipping costs are estimated and can change depending on weight, shipping method, and location (postal code).
Standard Shipping/Tracking
Shipping can very based on weight and location. Shipping options and cost will be available at checkout. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing and 5-7 business days for delivery (depending on location). Orders processed after 2p.m. are processed next business day.
After receiving order confirmation. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information. Keep in mind to consider weekends, non-business days and major holidays.
Next Day Shipping
We offer overnight shipping at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2 p.m. MST for orders to be shipped same day. We are not responsible if item is not received by the estimated as promised by USPS.
International Shipping
We are currently only shipping to all 50 states in the U.S.
Incorrect Shipping info/Refused Packages
We ask the you please double check shipping information (Name, Address). Jesvy Lashes is not responsible for incorrect delivery information provided at the time of order. This includes incorrect delivery and/or lost packages due to incorrect shipping info being provided. If incorrect shipping info is detected by you after the order. Please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can try and correct it before shipping.
Once the package leaves our location to be delivered via USPS. Jesvy Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen packages with delivery confirmation to the address provided by you.
